Fully loaded nachos with Fuego sauce

Did you know you can use our Chipotle Cheddar style wedge to make a Nacho sauce?!

Quantities depend on how much you want to make but just crumble up some of the cheese and GRADUALLY add hot oat milk; mash and mix with a fork until you reach the desired consistency. The keyword here is GRADUALLY; you can always add more oat milk but you’ll have to add more cheese if you add too much milk and it goes too runny 🙈

THAT’S IT! ✅ 🥳

Quantities: Here I used a full wedge and added approx 1/4 cup of hot oat milk. If you have a high-speed blender you can blitz it until creamy. Check the flavor and adjust the seasoning and level of heat to your liking.

Smother your fave tortilla chips with the sauce and dig in! 😋

We top ours with our favorite 🌱 burger (which we crumble and cook on the stove), red bell pepper, thinly sliced red onion (pickled ones if we have them! yum!), avocado and coriander. Sometimes even jarred pickled japaleños if we're feeling extra spicy. Sour cream would work a treat as well!!
