Bake in a ramekin topped with your favorite herbs (roseary, garlic and a drizzle of olive oil are my go-to) at 190c for 20 min covered and 15 min uncovered and dig in! Feeling fancy? Wrap it in puff pastry and bake for 30 min or until puff pastry is golden brown. Serve alongside your favorite preserve and sourdough!
