Tracklements Recipe No. 71 Apple & Cider Brandy Chutney

Made with Kentish Bramley apples and a liberal measure of Somerset cider brandy for a boozy kick. Indecently good with mature cheeses and pies.

Tracklement: (Track-ul-ment) noun. The tell-tale slow blink of a vicar who's been at the holy cider and cheese.
